The blue shield means the player is a developer.

Unfortunately, a certain Turkish cheater by the name of Programisius has modified Soldat's client and given himself, Kogai and other anti-Soldat players that shield because their fragile little childish egos crave all kinds of attention.
You probably made this thread because you recently saw that hacker or his friends with that shield because the real developers aren't playing the game that much anymore.
