Cons:
The colors are plain.
The shading is mediocre.
The texture is boring and uninspired.
The terrain is mostly flat with no cover.
You have yet to add scenery.
The border on the right in completely undifined.
The border on the left doesn't go smoothly with the ground.
The background is just lame.
The name is misleading, seeing as there are no hills.
Though I can't tell perfectly, it doesn't look very big.
Your signature is tasteless and also breaks the forum's rules.
If I hadn't said this you'd have asked how it was breaking the rules.

Pros:
Everything that's wrong can be fixed.
I've seen much worse.
It is red as implied by the name.
You don't suck.

Also pro: it has nice shading, although rather plain (only red & black). And yeah, use better BGs.
