i have a question, i'm new to this forum and i was just curious, where do you get a mod making tool like it says as the category 'soldat interface mods and mod making. what do you use to make the mods and where do you get such a program?

the interface maker and any graphics program. you can download interface maker from:http://www.soldat.pl/downloads/soldatintmaker10.zip there :D

Ditto.  Oh, and by the way, you can modify any graphics in-game with paint, but I'd suggest something like GIMP or Paintshop, if you have it, for more detailed work.
