No longer works

I dont know why but automatically my copy of soldat doesnt work anymore I try to reinstall it it doesnt save some files then it says Error: I/O 27 and doesnt install.

Hmm, theres only been one bug I can remember about I/O errors, and it wasn't during install.

Soldat doesn't need to be installed with administrator privileges does it? That's the only thing I can think of at the moment.

Ive been having the same problem, you do need to have administration rights to download any software or hardware.

I have reinstalled soldat 2 times on administer account and it still wont work on my account. Saved in shared files. gawd, im annoyed.

EDIT: I found the problem.

Heres how to fix-
Delete soldat completely, all soldat files gone, done for...

Next you need to get the newest version of Direct X, all completly updated.

Reinstal Soldat, and you should have no problems.

If your having a error or if it says that you dont have the latest directx 3d you need to install if it says too thats the only problem that ussaly occurs buts above that its ussaly not likely.    And no you dont need permission.Just install it like any other game :P

Bugs depend on version.if you have an old version i dont think they would update it.But if its a current one then....thats jsut weird lol

I would do that but in the middle of installing the installer from the internet, it just suddenly stops....
