Rest In Peace Crocodile Hunter. You gave me wonderul information on wildlife and made me understand nature alot more. I enjoyed every single one of your shows. You made education fun..it's a shame you're now gone. I hope you're in a better place

Yeah I'm from Australia, and it really came as a shock for me when I just found out he was dead. Got punctured in the chest by a stingray. He was a good guy, a good Aussie identity. Rest in peace and God bless, man.

Yeah, I heard about this from my mum, who was talking about a dog she was working on in the vetenary clinic at the time. Then she changed subject to Steve Irwin without me knowing (I zoned out), so I was unsure if she was talking about the dog or something else (I think she has my issue of never making sense) until she actually said Steve's name again.
Also, because he was filming a documentary at the time, it was likely they had his death on camera (or so the news says). I find that horribly frightening.

Anyway, I just hope his death was fast, and that his family can cope. Rest in peace.
