I don't think there is a refund policy. I'm curious: why do you want one? Did you get your key and were you able to register?

Because soldat no longer works for me second not as many features so registered version sux third im quitting and fourth i have other things i need to pay for

There is never a return on things like soldat.

You knew what features would be made available to you before registering. Because you decide afterwards to quit doesn't mean you get a refund. You got what you payed for.
