Transparent picture

i need help! is it possible to make some in game parts transparent??? and how??

Use the lime-green color.

In Paint, hold Alt, tap C, E, & D, and let go of Alt. In the Hue-Sat-Lum boxes, input 80-240-120. That's the color for transparency which Soldat recognizes.

but is it the only color? cause i need to make interface transparent and i cant do it with that color

Yeah, it's the only transparent color Soldat uses.

Try making the image transparent with an image editing program like The GIMP, saving it as a .png, then renaming the file as a .bmp. In theory, it should work, I haven't tried putting transparency on objects that normally can't handle transparency (like textures) yet.

If the layer is something other than the background, you can use the eraser to remove pixels and create transparency. You can change how strong the eraser is to create different levels of transparency.
Alternatively, you can use layer masks & changing the transparency value of layers.

i made a transparency on png and when i rename it in .bmp it doesnt work in the game. i saw the expolsions that made mr killer and they are in .bmp format!!! the eplosions are transparent but i can save transparent .bmp picture!!! i m angryyyyyyyy

Well, what are you trying to make, anyways? What's so particular about your interface that it doesn't allow lime-green in it? ???
