I was running a Knife only server, and some guys joined. I had 5 bots going and it was Arena3.

I was standing in the center on the floor, and bots kept coming from left and right. I just kept killing them all and got up to Insane Kills! Also i won on that level 4 times in a row. I would've gotten more than Insane Kills but some Hunter guy stabbed me.

Have any Knife killing sprees? Anyone?

I know, i was like crazy. I would just collect 2 sets of Knives and just keep throwing and collecting.

NO! Stabbing's only worthwhile with Predator engaged or inside a crate. Using your primary weapon's "fist" attack is better and quicker than having to switch out the knife and attempt to stab.

Whenever i have bots on, they...you know how they...well, they are constantly flailing that thing around right? So i throw my knife but i miss and it flies into the distance, right? So i run over to him and try to punch him but he kills me right away.

I love the knife and its always good to stab and throw but then again a nice chainsaw run annihilates

Mr. Domino is explaining that stabbing isn't very efficient, although i disagree that hitting your opponent with your primary is better than switching to knife and stabbing. In my experience, stabbing can be quite good. With a bit of luck you can even take out sawers, but I wouldn't recommend trying

Generally, it's much safer to charge up a throw while moving toward an enemy, and release it at short range, rather than stab, as it's easy to retrieve the knife instantly for another throw. If there's more than one opponent, you could try stabbing them, but I usually try for two throws, as I usually get better results this way.

yeah, whenever i go to do something similar and start getting up to tripple and multis with knife i always get killed while throwing around weapons looks for my knife
