Why cant we sit on the computer all day?
-We don't force you,we help you.
-It ruins your eyes if you have a computer with a lcd screen.
-You need to stretch out,and not sit in one place.
-You need to stop worrying about the computer and start worry about your invaluable health.

But addictive games are sooo fun!
-Thats very true,but it also makes you lack school concentrate on school work then play.
-Playing addictive games is what starts all of this,Now days you see warning and seizures on a video game box saying DONT PLAY SOO MUCH TAKE A 15-30 MINUTE BREAK.

What can i do besides play computer games?
-uhh..THERES ALOT OF THINGS!
-swimming
-skate boarding
-riding your bike
-going outside and running around,that still helps you.
-i dont care,go climb trees and just stay away from computer.

I understand that buisness poeple and guys liek them need the computer to get money and do stuff.But your on the computer for video games,and thats whats troubling.

Have i proved my point? Is this topic a good one? Have i encouraged poeple?

1.     The quote in his signature is not ironic, it's redundant (and quite funny, I must say).
2.     Do you focus on schoolwork, maybe grammar?

ds dude is very truthful, my social life is very affected from computers, i mean i hang out with girls and my frinds and stuff but im sure if i didnt have a computer i would hang out with them a lot more. i am definately going to use computers in my job since i already know a lot about various computer related things (dont flame me for that please). but still the point is that a lot of the people on here are kids and they should act like kids, go out and play haha

EDIT: Actually I'll be serious about this. I've been friends with so many people, and I've talked to them so much that I have nothing else to say to them.

I've lost interest in everything, except listening to music. I'm only typing now so I can do something while listening to music.

Tip: WoW ruins your eyes, playing it for 7 hours + without a 15 minute break in between the 7 hours can lead to Blind Spot Blindness (you see a quite large black circle through your eyes) and dis-oriented sight (everything is blurry or straight lines are curved when they actually are not)

I believe you are backwards with that comment about LCD monitors. Pre-2000 LCD monitors had backlights with a low refresh rate, making them hard on the eyes, but modern LCD monitors have been improved and are easier on the eyes than televisions or their CRT equivalents.

As for the issue of stretching and health (which really ought to be in one category), I think you're correct.

They have always had that warning messege in games, I remember they had it in Saga Megadrive games..

Man it's early morning today *yawn* I usually get up at 7:00 but it's so freking hot . I don't know why we did'nt have the air on... Yeah videogames kill your eyes so take lots of breaks like for sleeping,eating, possibly showering? And outdoors time. Alas mosqitos I DESPISE YOU! I don't see how you can play for 8 hours at a strech guys. So yeah it's okay to eat things once and a while.
