i know this will sound newbish but how do i use interface mods?
i donwloaded the file and it had alot of pics in it. now what do i do? thx in advanced

Stuff the stuff in ..\Soldat\Interface-gfx

Make a backup of the stuff before you replace the stuff if you want to keep your old stuff, just in case.
