What web browser do you use ?

There have prolly been many threads like this and most of them end up in a fanboy fight...

I dont care what browser you think is the best, tho if you want to say why you use the one you do please do so..

I just want to know what browsers the community use.. Some tv show did a poll like this and like 97% used IE (ignorant fools) I hope this is not the case in Soldat community...

once more I beg U, no fanboyism and flaming >.<

Personally I use Opera and wouldnt cahnge for the world

yay firefox.

I use it because it is open-source, very well maintained, and runs on anything.  it also has an incredible amount of themes and extensions that make the browsing experience much better (mainly mouse gestures)

Opera has mousegestures and alot of other fancy stuff, I'd probably use FF if not opera.

By the way, Firefox does not "run on anything". Actually Firefox has the highest hardware requirements from the three browsers.

I know ^^ But opera doesnt requier any mouse plugins, even has IRC client, Torrent support, download manager, voice commands.. But I dont want this thread to become a fanboy fight as so many before it so I'll zip it :) (I'm not an opera fanboy btw)

One more good reason for using it: Its made in Norway :P

I like OPERA but I use Firefox as well, mostly OPERA but sometimes I have problems with it and have to use firefox

I'd have to go with cookie tho, I use FF when webpage is **** and doesnt support Opera, or Opera doesnt support whatever. And whenever I'm scripting I use a header plugin for FF :)

Edit: yes I do have a life, just not today, I'm having final Exam in German Oral tomorrow so I'm wasting time instead of studying, I will fail eighter way so...

I've used Firefox since it was called Firebird, and before that I used Mozilla :P

The great thing about Firefox is the extensions. Currently I use the Web Developer extension, and the HTML Validator extension. I use them both on a daily basis when I am working on websites.

Call me standart, but I use IE

Used to use Netscape, but I like to keep my pc clean from anything that is not nessicary, unlike my sister,that clicks on every 'yes' in a pop-up she sees, what gives me alot of work later on.....
