Computer Wizards, Help Me

I was editing a user account on my computer for my mum, and then i noticed an unusual account that nobody out of my family that uses the computer had made, the account is named "ASP.net Machine A" im wondering whether i should leave the account or delete, ASP.net is a Microsoft website by the looks of it.

- This account has never been there before, and ive never noticed anything like this being made as an account on my computer for the 2 years ive had it "Windows XP Home"

The user account is just needed for ASP.net projects, and if you delete it then it will make your current projects stuff up, but its simple to recreate the account
