World War Z
« on: September 17, 2006, 07:03:40 pm »
I haven't been excited about a book in years.

http://www.randomhouse.com/crown/worldwarz/

There's apparently a crazy cool scene that involves underwater Zombie's taking over a submarine. I ordered it on Amazon yesterday and eagerly await its arrival.

Looks cool, but I have around 1000 pages waiting for me in books. No more room for more.
I should be getting Saints Row today from amazon.

:O zombies will never get old.

EDIT: Just wondering, anyone want to recommend me some good books to read? I haven't been interested in any lately, been looking for some other good ones.

^Don't know any good books besides 1984.

On the zombie theme, I would have to say that the most dangerous type would be a chinese zombie. Why? Well, we all know that China and its communist ways will take over the world, so add in half-zombie, and you've got yourself something really fun to kill.

Everyone always likes 1984. I read it my freshman year and then was forced to read it again in my english class. I must say, I despise that book.

lol, I've seen something like this entitled "How To Survive a Robot Uprising".
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

it depends on what you like really....Jeffery Deaver writes some awesome crime/thrillers. The Empty Chair is the best of them, and he's got a new book out now called the Cold Moon (if you read it, tell me whether its worth ordering)

My grandpa actually recommended Jeffrey Deaver to me.

As for 1984, I thought it was a good book when I read it a couple years ago, but wouldn't read it again. Just... Because. Haha.
