Hey poeple ive been wandering since theres alot of poeple giving advice on mods and giving out ideas i wander what the next version wold be like?Post here if you have an idea of what the next version could be.

Wow, lets see. Fix map errors which make me have to restart soldat. Fix the switching teams [so I dont get kicked when trying to.]
Fix the maps so they become completely fixed, make more servers available which have good ping. (or possibly have more then 2 u13 public servers on.) Wow I can go on for ages about these little buggars.

Next version/patch needs to focus souly on a new weapon balance and fixing bugs.

just bugs because the weapn balance is fineas it is, apart from maybe the m79.

M79 is fine IMO.
I think they need to go back to 1.2.1 weapon balance or at least remove the startup on the knife.
Yes a new game type would be nice, but I don't think that will happen because as of now and always has been, CTF is the dominate game type.
Apart from bugs I would like to see more option to work with in the weapon mod.
Or just a couple new nifty tricks like the backflip.
But something cool comes every new version, apart from weapon changes that I don't like but I get over and get use to.

It's like.. 1 and a hlaf versions after HTF...

Anyways, i want the stupid leave the server when changing teams bug fixed~~!! Although I guess that should be put in the dedicated server....

Yea bongjamebond is right we pretty much just got HTF. i think we need fix some errors like scenery errors.

HTF is a very fun game type and I personally don't see why people neglect it like they do.
If more people played it then I would be playing it all the time.

HTF is the perfect reason why NOT to make another game type, people didn't play HTF when it came in and it was probably seen as a waste of time.

HTF is not played because of most of the HTF map designs. I believe that if a load of new maps were unleashed into HTF with more hectic, DM-style layouts, it would become extremely popular.

Htf is a great game but there are no dedicated servers for it, I think if a server was advertised a bit and had a low ping htf might kick up... no need for a new mode, bug fixes is what should be focused on.

as for game modes, would king of the hill be possible? or would it suck?Â Like there would be a steep mountain, and each team started at the bottom on opposite sides, and you earn points for your team by:1. Being in the hill (like every 3 seconds you get a point, and more soldats in means pts. increase faster) 2.each kill earns 1 team pt.

EDIT:Or maybe it doesnt have to be a hill neccesarily, maybe some maps are hills, some are houses, some are forts,etc.

That's just silly. Most of the custom HTF maps are fantastic. But of course, new maps wouldn't hurt.

Oh and gram, if I'm not mistaken flies already has a dedicated HTF u13 server.
