question about server

Hello,

i've made my own dedicated server. now is my question if it's possible to let that server run on the internet when my pc is off. I dont want to rent a server!!!
  (maybe with a router)

Unless your router has some kind of *nix platform built into it, your computer must be running at all times that you wish to have your server online.

Or.. get a computer for server and use it to run your soldatserver.

i thought maybe it is possible to change the setting in the router program. Because there is something written about  server settings. My router is always on and maybe its possible to let the soldat dedicated server run on the router.

Maybe someone has done this before, so let me know!!!

Ok unless you have a router that's basically a stripped down PC.  Its not going to happen.
EnEsCe threw that one from left field.  Yes it is possible. 
But your router probally isn't self built and has the words Linksys, Netgear or D-Link on it.
