there are programs outside of soldat that balance teams, you should try to play servers with that application on.

On servers such as leo's you can just say !teams and balance the teams, they are also auto balanced every thirty seconds.

There is no need for this to be implemented, although if it was, there would be more servers that adopt an autobalance making more servers that would be friendly to play on.

I'd like to add, that if an autobalance option WAS added, there be some method of making it so if you were just switched, you're the last person to be switched as the time comes up.
