WTF? Really strange moment

I was playing on CTF_de_aztec. using my 2nd fav wepon: M79. This guy runs to attackk me i hit him(headshot!) WTF ? he isnt dead!
i shoot him ANOTHER HEADSHOT!B00M! not dead?  ???WTF? OMGWTFBBQ.
then he shoots me with his barret,making me DEAD.

-I shot him 2 time on head.......but wait a minute IT WAS M79!



T3H B1G QUESTION: was that.....an armor hack? or just MY lag?

Just lag. When aiming weapons, it's best to aim for center of mass rather than head (particularily with the m79, it's a one hit kill if it hits you anywhere), because of lag.

Yes, I'd rather aim at the body than the head.  It's not like you get a reward for a headshot.

Well, shots that hit the head do more damage actually, but with lag by the time you actually pull off the shots you could have killed the person.

Why does the more damage thing matter when an instakill weap is being used? It doesn't. Aim for the crotch.

Aim for the GROUND, unless it's an EFC, of course.

With the LAW, getting a direct hit isn't as easy as using splash damage.

omg....in every server i go they ppl will say "0MG a lagger wit a M79!!!!111!!!!!"

btw i DIDNT wanted to headshot him,the 2 nades landed in his head

You should play the server with the lowest PING. When you are in the Lobby, click PING & it arranges the servers from the least PING to the most PING.

(if you have slow internet connection, you should also play the game with least players).
