One cool idea.

Maybe this idea has been sayed about hundred times but it would be cool when some strong weapon bullet hits in ur legs and cuts them off. Then u cant fly(cant walk, only prone) and u will fall against ground like piece of rock.If u can survive the fall damage u can prone and shoot.

So what do u think about my idea?

1. why shoot them off, when you can shoot the guy?

2. it would piss alot of noobs off, and drive them away from soldat's simplitcy

It would make Soldat as boring as batshit. Who in their right mind would enjoy only being able to crawl around like a bleedin' cripple. This would only frustrate people and drive them away and believe it or not, noobs (for your sake especially) are needed in soldat.

This idea is ludicrous.  I agree with everyone who were here before me.  This doesn't really make soldat more fun; the only thing it would bring is frustration and impatience.  Plus, I'd just /kill and respawn with a fresh new pair of legs because, with my legs gone, I already know I am gonna die from enemy fire.  So this idea is really unnecessary.  Just kill them; it's much more satisfying that way.

I real bullet, Ruger or Barrett, would NOT cut off your legs. It'd probably take around 4-5 Barrett shots (an estimate) to sever most leg tissue/muscle.
Plus, that'd be totally unfair. Pop his legs off an finish him with a Socom while he can't do anything? I don't think so.

Haha I can just see in ctf, throw your secondary weapon away at spawn. Then run up to enemy and punch them, take there weapon. Then shoot there leg with it. Then punch them again and take there secondary, than throw weapon far away. Do this to all of enemy players keeping them alive but defenseless and offence-less, and then simply take there flag and run back to base 5 times. Wooot you just won and have 0 kills haha.

Just because some people doesn't like the idea doesn't mean that you have the right to deem every post made so far as thoughtless.
