Anyone know of a good, free program that I can download which I can use for screen capture and recording demos eg. Soldat?

fraps gives you 30 seconds: fraps.com

But you need a fast processor if you don't want your FPS to drop significantly.

yes i know about fraps, i need longer than 30 secs and something that records sound...

For Fraps, I think you can record the demo in segments. As in, once finished first 30 seconds, pause game. Then start to demo again for the next 30 seconds. And continue.


I've never tried it before, but I heard of this suggestion somewhere else.
