Admin Powers needed to install 1.4.2

One of the golden points of Soldat has always been it's play in school and work. (cite: the internet) You've needed admin power to install 1.4.1, I believe.  So i'm doing a little experiment on a library computer to see if following a patch trail can being someone up to speed, updating from 1.3.1.

Also I would like to know why the option has changed of needing admin for install-  For all Future versions of Soldat keep it installable to limited accounts.  It's only a handful of megs anyway + Soldat's never malicous to COMPUTER HEALTH, but i'm sure we've made a couple fattys

I thought that when it comes to the decision of who can install (admin or limited) it depends on the computer and the settings... if admin gives permission to limited accounts to install, then they can, if not then only admin can. It doesnt have anything to do with soldat itself right?

1) Fully install it somewhere
2) Zip up the install
3) Transfer it

Open up notepad and save this as .bat

at [military time] /interactive "cmd.exe"
pause

Put the military time one to two minutes ahead.

Then run it and end explorer.exe

At the time you selected a window will pop up type explorer.exe and you will now be system user, and since it has higher rights than admin, I would think you could download stuff.
