Anyway, didn't know Jay-z had a new album out. His stuff is usually pretty good. I'll have to check it out.

I like plenty of hip hop, but I happen to share Sypders opinion.  Should have stayed retired.

Now, now...I'm not trying to turn this into a topic against rap  Rap/hip hop have plenty of great artists who don't load their lyrics up with swearing Wolf.  And as the title states, rap fans only...if you have a problem with rap in general, make another topic about it and start a discussion.  Lets keep this focused on the man and his album.

The only thing I'm getting at is that people who don't like Jay-Z have just as much right to post as those who do.  Personally, I think the name is what gets into peoples heads more than the quality of the music.  I feel there are quite a few other artists who aren't as well known but could blow Jay out of the water in terms of quality.

wtf is wrong with you, †? Back off from the moderating and ease up for a bit.  The guy asked us what we think about jay-z, and we told him straight up instead of saying in one big ass sentence that says the same thing.
