Been screwin around in Gimp lately and made the background and it suits me. This would be the pooter my whole family uses, but it works fine so I can't comlain .

Looks like a slightly opened door with some nice effects. Looks great

Is there any way that I can have my quick launch icons going up the side of my desktop, sort of like a second taskbar up the side, but with only quick launch

Try unlocking your task bar, and dragging the quick launch where ever you want it.
Right Click - Lock The Taskbar, then drag

Don't do that, otherwise it shows up on games...

Otherwise, right click on the bar... and select "Always On Top"
