I doubt he made it himself if he didn't even know how to take a picture of his desktop. But I agree, it's the best Soldat wallpaper I've seen.

any games that run on Linux, either in wine or natively, almost always run faster and overall far better than they do in windows (faster framerates, smoother gameplay overall, etc).  I'm talking from personal experience and the experience of a bunch of my friends here at school.  This statement holds true for games like CS, WoW, StarCraft, quake 3 arena/team arena, and many, many others.

Soldat is not yet fully functional in wine so therefore I don't include it in what I just said.
