The easy way is to set the map prefix to "inf".
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

Yep.  Inf maps use alpha and bravo flag spawns too.

That is the curser, some texture square with some transparency.

Blade maby that post should of been in help place. You need to draw them with polygons.

Can i ask a question...is there and way of saving a map in a folder with all the scenery and textures you use instaed of going through them all manualy and copy and pasting them?

Don't drag a thread off-topic; make your own thread if you need help. Anyways, they're just a bunch of triangles stuck together. Everything is made of triangular polygons.

uhh of course you can colour polygons in Polyworks, use the vertex colour tool to set colours, why the hell has nobody mentioned this. There's no reason to use the original mapmaker.

The map is alright, simple but it might work for RS. And I see my bullet blocking barriers live on.

They sure do. I know you can colour polygons in on polyworks but every time i make a map and compile it, all the gosteks just fall through the floor. If i can fix that, how do i get the vertex colour panal up on polyworks, its checked on the menu > windows and every thing is ticked off.

Thank you very much indeed.

Here is a preview of my inf_bunker, i scrapped ctf_attack2 and changed it to a inf.

Same layout as ctf_attack 2 buuuut i have a new style of inf, thats if no one else has done it, right here.

Red team has to infaltrate take the flag from downstairs and take it up up up to the top and score, i was origionally going to have both flags ontop of each other so you just need to touch to score, but that will create problems as people will just continiously stand on them untill they get fragged.

IT IS NOT FINNISHED.

Yeah, heavy shading would be very nice. Also, try to make more variation in the scenery; for the tank-traps (those Xs; that's what they were back in the day :)), make some transparent and in the background (drag the slider to the left, less than 255, before you make a scenery). That'd be much better.

Will do, im going to work on it some more today. I aslo have a problem, in the centre of the map, when your gostek goes over it, it spawns you back to respawn point of your team saying you captured the objective.

the bunker wall scenery is mine and thats what makes it look so good...
the map itself is quite bad, try more later. Wouldn't suggest posting your first map on forums, post your third or fourth. Otherwise its just like a junkyard.

Sadly, i dont think so. I made that wall scenery with paint.net, bevel and emboss, noise and stuff like that.

"Wouldn't suggest posting your first map on forums, post your third or fourth." Why not...its allowed. Any tips on how to make the map better or you just gonn say its bad and try claim some scenery?

whao, I never knew people still used MapMaker! thats awesome, man! ;D I also never knew Omaha beach was covered in grass. the map could use a bit more shading as well as war-torn effects/scenery (only PolyWorks can truly accomplish this)

from what I can see in the screenshots, Id give it 8/10 for fun (again, its only from looks though), 6/10 for eyecandy, and maybe 2/10 for originality (there have been SOOOOOO many inf_D-Day type maps its not even funny. though some are exceptional and are actually notably better than the rest, and this could very well be one of those. again these numbers are only derived from my view of the screenshots)
lol siggeh deleted for the 7th time! that's like a new record or something, ain't it?

you are a **** ****** my friends. that what you are showing is a texture, I was talking about that bunker interior scenery. The background wall.

And you should post 3'd or 4'th map because the PREVIOUS ONES AS A MATTER OF FACT ARE CRAP!
