Well, the name says it, which is the best, I'm doing a mod based on the video game called Black, I have MS Paint but it sucks, I need a better one.

PS: PM me if you want to take part in the mod, any help would be nice.

what's wrong with paint? other programs are probably too confusing for you, and if you can't draw in paint then might as well give up, kk?

No, it's free. Look at this page. You only need to pay if you want .gif, icon and cursor support, which you can use GIMP to do.

Just because I don't like paint doesn't mean I can't use it, I just wanted something with more options....

I make everything that you see in my mods and avatar/sigs in MS paint. Practice practice
