People cant download maps

i know that this is a common problem but i have looked in at least 45 posts about it, people can come to my server perfectly, but they cant dl my maps. my game port is 23073 for TCP & UDP and 23083 for TCP, i used the thing... that tests your server and it passed 6/6, ports i said before are both open, under soldat.ini allow_download is 1, im using ded server 2.5.2 on windows XP Professional, also the ports are open on firewall. my router is ERICCSON HN294dp, i need help quick

Do you have the Windows XP Firewall enabled?   (check, don't just assume no)

yes it is, i said it that the ports are open on it

if the map name is longer than 14 letters it wont be downloadable trough your game server...

"surfmap1.PMS" isnt 14 letters so whats wrong? i do have NAT (network acess translation) but i got ports opened

I have had this problem as well for some time, and I'm positive U13 runs off a Linux server. I've just attributed it to Soldat bugs. Still praying this gets fixed in the new version.
