He doesn't have the patience, he locks the wrong threads, he doesn't learn from his mistakes and he really hasn't done anything good since he got his moderatorship. Other moderators simply said "give him time" but so far he's been a moderator for a good time and he still doesn't suit the job.

And his karma is, what, minus sixty? That really says something.

His Karma is negative sixtysum because people think they're funny smiting a moderator who can't really "get them". Get over yourselves. He doesn't lock the wrong threads (not that I've seen at least). If he was made a mod obviously he was seen fit for it. If you were meant to judge who would seem fit to be a mod you would be one too.

That's actually a fucking good idea ! If a post is not bothering members, why remove it ? The members make up the forum.

Hoho...me and bricks having to check every single report? I don't think so. I may have some time off right now, but not that much.

Still, like you say, if a post isn't bothering someone, why remove it. Find out what you and the community wants, and we'll adjust to it. Simple as that. Or, you could just keep to being a small collective of general whiners that I ain't gonna listen to until you get together and politely set us straight (like one grams link above, if you have beef with him), which up until now is seemingly because the occasional all-cap two-worded pointless posts gets deleted by phantom moderators.

Also, thank you for taking a step towards the right approach, Fluffy. For me to consider removing One Gram as mod though, i'll basically need all you lounge lizards to throw in your opinion, discuss it, maybe see what his co-mods think, and maybe give a few actual examples of where he's gone wrong, and whether he can or cannot adjust to the (hopefully constructive) criticism to follow in this thread.

My own opinion however is that all he needs is a few gentle nudges in the right direction, if he's not already on it. All i've heard is a few not-so-very respectful kids whining that he locked a spammed thread and deleted the occasional piece of trash (us admins see all thats deleted).... until proven otherwise.

Please do what Ru said and mention or link to examples. Just saying "zomg he locks and deletes stuff we care about!" doesn't tell anyone anything. That is the same as me pointing at a tree and saying "It made fun of me, I swear!"

Mostly things that could've been in the link dump. Also two of those threads were his own, so I imagine he took it on himself to lock it once he got the answers he wanted out of it.
