I really hope MM doesnt make a "Trial Version", that would be horrible. I think he made a smart move by stating he will raise the prices, people would rather hurry up and buy it now, so they dont have to play later, wich leads to him getting some extra bucks before the price change. I was wondering (I havent read the license agreement) if i could put soldat into a CD (registered) with soldat map maker, and other stuff. then sell it for say $20- $25. then i keep $5 and he could get rest, wich would lead to the amount wanted (or more).

It will prolly go out of control if MM allowed that.
Lol this whole thing could just be an elaborate plan to get people to register quicker. At the end of a couple weeks or when he's collected enough money he'll just 'change his mind' about the increase in price. xD
well, im glad i sent in my 9$ right before i found this thread.I think that an extended trial period would be good for soldat. c'mon, if someone has been playing everyday for a year, don't you think its around time to pay or leave? i do.
replace the new versions with soldat 1.2.1 and more ppl will pay
if you make it a timed shareware version... new players would be instantly turned off by the game
Would you rather play World of Warcraft for 15$ or soldat for 15$?
