Two modding questions (1 regarding MS paint)
« on: November 04, 2006, 06:41:40 am »
1. Is there a way to resize images without ruining the quality, when I try to resize my guns in MS Paint (cos they're too big) (I'm not just resizing pictures from the web, don't worry I'm drawing them from scratch) they get out of shape and the image gets messed up.

2. When I save my guns in MS Paint, the picture quality goes quite bad, random spots of colour appear all over it, shades of blue and dark greens, ruining it even more.

Help me please  ???

First off, try saving them in bmp format.
Second , when you are resizing the picture always use white background and try to proportionaly resize  width and height. Just try paint.NET , it has better options than paint and it's prettier too!!
