A chruch in the middle of a sea of lava.

First map I've created, I thank Keron for Waypointing and hope everyone enjoys this map. Suggestions are warmly welcomed.

Dude, I want to give you HUGE props! This map is amazing for a first map. If it was your 10th or 15th, it would be preety bad. But for a first, it looks VERY nice!

I think that you shouldn't put upside down trees at the top, try like something thats ment to be at the top. I also think that you should use grid, atleast it doesnt seem like u used it. O and make it bigger

Neat shading on the walls. The pillars need shading and the scenery looks either sloppy or awkward (esp those trees hanging above).

As a first map, this comes above average

looks basic but fun

when a map isn't bombarded with a gazillion scenerys and polys just for eye candy it usually has good gameplay

it's really not bad for first mapÂ

, but compared to the original CTF_Cathedral it looks extremely ugly...
you should rename it. so people will not get mixed up them

About the trees upside-down, I was trying to go for some vines or something.

Thanks for all the encouragmnet, I fell better abour my skills know. I'm also working on shading right know, so my next map should look better

Check out your scenery.. I think that there are some vine scenery as default.

omg why did this map happen?

was it created like after some lab accident and the trees went on the roof of a cathedral? Oh wait, where is the cathedral? must have sunk in the lava because I just see a big thing with posts and trees on top.

looks= 1/10

gameplay = 4/10

total 2.5/10

I hate to say this, but I agree with vig. There doesn't seem to be a lightsource, and the lack of any detail on the "cathedral" kinda bothers me. Take another half an hour or so to put some details in it (at the very least, a cross on top).
