By the way i don't really understand why did you include soldat server 7 times, for each gamemode. You could have been using only one server and 7 soldat.ini-s and run the server with different paramters.
And you should include the latest beta of ARSSE, that's more stable than v1.1.6.3
You can use ARSSE in the pack, but i would have been a bit more happy if you asked me.

Took ages to download and it was whining during the install about some OCX and other files.

That Error Could be Repared Click in "Yoksay" or Omite, because that file is already in your pc and
all the files that are in your system there is no need to overwrite it.

I'll include a volume control in later versions.

Well if you wish i can put your name in the "thanks" seccion, but if you want you could explain me more about using the soldat.ini and use 1 server to open more than one Game mode. that would be very cool.

yeah dude, in some hours i'll release the new version, with full translated interface and the installer.
with volume control, and the possibility of editing the server.ini file.

But I still don't know how to make 7 diferent Game modes with 1 soldat server and 7 inis, if anyone know, please tell me

From this post in the official Dedicated Server 2.5.2 thread (it shows parameters being used for Linux)

So basically in windows you can load a different config file by executing the soldat server with the parameter '-c soldat.ini' <--- Change that to reflect config file

So in the end the command looks something like this
'C:\SoldatServer\soldatserver.exe -c soldat.ini'

because it has the mp3 of soldat, the 3 of them, so that is the thing that makes the installer so huge, if you have a better idea you are free to comment

Would you be able to make a version without those 3 mp3s? 
As I doubt any server owner would want to be listening to those songs over and over again.

lol, ok but what songs i can put with the app.
i think that midi files will be less heavy (oviously), but the sounds is not as good as the mp3 or wav files, and i don't know what songs i can put.

if you have greats midi songs that you think that can be released with the app you are free to post it and i will put you in the "thanks" section with your midi in the app

ok here is the Lite version, I include Midi Music (300kb)

the final app it about 5megs (soldat server + arsse + notepad++ + a dll needed)

i like my app with music because i like that, if you don't want to hear the music only silence it with the volume bar

i'll try to exclude Notepad++ and replace it with an internal editor, but in later versions
