Some of those languages were made with people who have been enemies at one stage or another. English, for example, is a Germanic language. The British and their colonies have fought with Germany on several occasions. It's been influenced by Latin, French and Viking languages, who have all fought the Anglo-Saxons at some stage.
Japan, while not listed, has fought both China and English-speaking countries, yet now contains parts of both (many loanwords in Japanese originate in English)

rofl i have no idea why, but this is the funniest piece of crap i've read online in a while.. i cant remember laughing that much from something on the internet.

like,
la messie: Maybe a question of "be or not to be". You can exist otherly with your own language, then this language (english) catches your personnality, and closes it in a close world.
lapis: ..what?
rofl
and the whole conversation between TDL and Smegma is hilarious for me aswell.

Can you rephrase that for the rest of us, please.
In the last two decades, political and civil rights have improved substantially throughout the world: since 1980, 81 countries have taken significant steps in democratization, with 33 military regimes replaced by civilian governments. But of these fledgling democracies, only 47 are considered full democracies today.
