Hi, I just moved to this place about a month ago, right? Well I like to laugh a lot and I like to hit my sister and then do maniac style laughs anywayss
my mum works in a disabled persons school (she is a teacher not a retard lol) and apparently my neighbors thought that I was the retard

and they are spreading this crap about me

now I need you to help me get back at them. I already tried loud music with obscene words but I don't think they were home, so if you could suggest something I can do from my home to get back at them without them being able to sue would be gnarly

IMO, "loud music with obscene words" would just verify their gossip. It's a good thing they weren't home when you blasted it.

If I were you I would just go up to them and tell them I'm not insane—the fact that you can introduce and hold that minor conversation alone with them should be enough. (Of course, I'm basing all this on how much you've told us of what your neighbors are like)

EDIT Actually, I think I'd play along with it, and purposely act like a madman. It'd be a fun ruse to play if you're bored

I go with Keron, holding a conversation is probably the best way to go.
But the flaming dogshit idea is gold too.
