Alright, just because I felt so good today I helped you out.First one is the same height and width but dropped from 32 to 3 colors to make it pass the file size limit. (only 4 colors would break the limit)Second one still has 32 colors but was made smaller.

Why not just lower the number of frames? It a very smooth image for GIF, and I'm sure it would still look fine.
If this is all that is possible, I'll keep it this way.....so thanks for cutting and shrinking it guys
