Hell, making this map was epic... i guess about 16 hours of active work have been spent on this, including making some scenery... I am really satisfied with the result though. Let me first thank Serial Killer, XTender and Hudo for using their scenery. This map features shadow effects, multitexture and some techniqually highly elaborate almost invisible barriers... they were a pain to make, just with polygons... The scenery limit made me cry, too =(

--Map Data--

912 Polys
500 Scenerys
38 Jetticks [Quite Low]
No waypoints
recommended for R/S
2on2 - 6on6

~Overview~

~Blue Spawn~
~Left corner~
~Middle-left~
~Middle-right~
~Red Flagpoint (Rocket ftw!)~

~Git it, git it, git it gurl~

Those have got to be the sexiest buildings I have ever seen. However, I've seen better terrain coloring from you, although I don't believe the original map had much dynamic terrain either. Five stars, baby!

Very lovely.  This is the first time I've seen someone max out scenery on a map since inf_razorback.  If there were more availible slots, I would've suggested you add some more clouds to fill in those gaps. :P  That's not an issue however.

I love those roofs.  Very nice.  Great success!

Viva as well.

I'd have to say this is quite an outstanding map, although the artillery cannons are a bit ordinary looking.

Can't say much having not played this map yet (though i'd soon like to), but the visual quality of this map is fantastic. It should be a set standard for all maps today instead of the countless mimics of default maps we have. Bravo Avarax.

If anyones gonna put this on their server, say so here. I'd really like to know.

Thanks for the nice comments :D
i know the rocket launching pads look kind of out of place, but they exist in the original aswell. they are the bombplaces in CS

If anyones gonna put this on their server, say so here. I'd really like to know.

My server (!Avarax RS pwnage) has it...

D*mn, this is your best looking map so far in my oppinion. :D The texture stretching on the roofs is done really nicely! Haven't played it yet but I bet the gameplay's great like your other Cs maps. I'm looking forward to try it out. Great one!

Just played it on Ava's server. The map is good to look at, but brings down my fps to 20 on my old PIII. Gameplay was also sweet. Great map!

The edges rendering takes up a lot of processing power. Removing the edges file should bring the fps up to at least forty.

there arent many polys used, its the use of many transparent scenerys that slow this map
