different explosions for different weapons

I was messing with my soldat files,and i thought it would be a GREAT idea to have different explosions for each weapon (m79,m72 LAW)
it would make modding better.
(counterstrike MOD=smoke nades,Robot/cyborg MOD=red explosions,green,white explosions)spaceman MOD=gray fire(gases)


what do you guys think? [retard]

I agree, not all weapons have one uniform explosion, and it will benefit mods completly.  The explosions could go into weapon-gfx as m79-explosion or somthing like that.
I support this idea.

no,you can put them as law-smoke,law-fire,m79 fire,m79smoke....
ORyou can put all wep-fire or all wep-smoke

I support, plus than maybe we could get bigger or smaller radius explosions on the weapons :D

Yeah, so when we mortar with a LAW, we can have a nuclear explosion GFX. Sounds good.

Yeah, great idea. Editable stats for the different explosions as well as for the guns sounds awesome too, it could just be another weapons.ini editable feature. (not sure if anyone suggested that last one, maybe I just didn't read carefully...)

well it is a grenade launcher. it could be using the same explosive, just on a contact explode :D

oh yes!! this idea is awesome!!!!!
its a real bummer when you change the explosion it affects all the other explosive weapons
and from time to time i realised that non of the suggestions/ideas really made it to the game itself amd i right???
so why bother?? but still I EXTREMLY SUPPORT IT :)
