ctf_ridgerunner - suggestions needed

My new map. I tried to go for a more default(ish) style. It feels incomplete to me, what can I do it to finish it off?

several routes balance issues. If I could understand where the spawns are...

Looks nice so far.

Right now there isn't much to hide behind. The map needs some crates, sandbags (or anything more fitting to the theme you've got going) with colliders. Some grass might be good on the lower level as well. A few bushes will also make the ground look less flat.

You got some nice scenery usage here.

Frankly, I think this map is more suitable for HTF.

I don't like how the ends of the map on the left & right are sealed in by such thin polygons. Thicken those greatly.
More sandbags, barrels to hide behind
Maybe go for a bit more radical shading; here, I can tell you just took everything from a texture and that without it, the polygons are literally just black-&-white ;) Use shades of gray

yeah, thats what i noticed, a complet lack of motivation to go to the lowest level.    Maybe if you made those camo netted curls more like ramps , it be easier to come from the bottom without, well, getting slaughtered instantly.  Or maybe there could be a tunnel at both ends of the bottom part that curls around and lets you re-enter the main action horizontally.

Middle route is by far the easiest one to take, the other ones are kinda just there.

If you can bend the map a bit to make high and low route a little more handy then it would work out.

To be honest, that map looks like a ****ing unhappy monkeys head. no kiddin.

Pretty good, I like lots of jetting up and down.
And as ppl already said, its a HTF map. or even DM would be perfect on this map.

Ermmm, this thread is really, really old...I already released this map as htf...go here to see the finished version.
Meanwhile, can I please ask to mods to lock this topic and anyone else to put your comments where the help is needed NOW.
