health bug.

This has happened from time to time but once i was playing ctf and i shot someone with a sniper and he didnt die and i chased him and shot him again and he didnt die i didnt even see the blood falling from him i took my knife and threw it at him and got a head kill the i started punching him and he died Finally.Now in this case was it possible that it couldve been a health bug?Or was it a hack he used because im really frustrated with this having to hit someone like 7 times witha good gun.Can someone tell me?

Probably lag, on your client the bullets hits the player but on the server it misses because of the time delay.

Definately lag. There's no other explanation. He could be hacking, but this is a classic case of lag. Some people get mad when someone doesn't die from an M79 or knife and they sceam "0m8 h4x!"
