I honestly don't know. To me, this seems like the kinda question that would go in the Need Help? Report Bugs! forum, since it's not due to your mod.
Do you have any other mods on? Any at all?

So that's the totally default, official gostek? Perhaps try redownloading, then

The problem goes away when I use ALL official gosteks, but when I mod even 1 gostek the arm messes up.
