Sockstat showing nothing?

Hello!

Im currently testing with some soldat-hosting for my own, but then suddenly people started to join from the internet.

1. Why isnt there anything in my sockstat or netstat? Its creaping my out.
2. My router isnt open for traffic to this port in my router, how the hell can people connect?
3. http://server1.enesce.com/ptest.php - this fails, then why the hell can people connect?
