wow that is beautiful.  The only thing is the large silver bar takes up a lot of viewing space.  Everything else looks awesome.

Make those indicators more blue and ditch the silver bar and Id say its pretty cool.

Yes I agree. You don't necessarily have to get rid of the silver bar, maybe you could just make it transparent? Looks very good, very streamlined. Reminds me of iTunes. Is that why its called iPwn?

I think it's called iPwn, because it is iTunes style. Or at least I think so. And it would indeed be better if it were slightly transparent.

Okay now I have seen it, I would like to add a couple of comments/suggestions. 
1. Remove the silver bar.
2. Make the health/ammo/etc bars a little more blue when filling up.
3. Cap the left ends of the bars with round edges.
4. You could use a smaller version of the iPod dial as the crosshair.

I like it otherwise, it fits with the iStuff well.

This reminds me of this Firefox theme.
My main problem is the bars don't stand out enough, as stated before. I like my interfaces to tell me how dead I'm going to be when I glance over at it while I'm reloading. Interesting concept though.

I really like iPwn v1; it has Apple written all over it. The only problem there might be is its total lack of indicators without experimentation :P But it really is a great job. Good work.
