Wow, that looks great. Perfect scenery usage, the details in the roofing are very nice and the puddles of liquid in the tunnels are very nice.
I have two suggestions: make those huge vans smaller and shorten the top of that (water container?) on the far left of the map. It looks strange right now because it looks as if your viewing it from an angle.
Other than that, it's perfect in the looks department.
I'm not sure about balance, but in terms of gameplay it looks very good. I like the way you've used the small platforms at the large stairs and leading to good positions. It'll mean they can only be used effectively when the player is under no pressure and is not being shot at by an enemy.
Great work, it's nice to see the two different mapping styles from you lately.
