Has only had 1 change that I've noticed since I have been playing soldat. b2b has gotten the reputation of a noob map because it is very difficult to get across if your used to moving fast though soldat.

Knife
The whole way this knife is used changed in the latest version. The longer you hold the button the further it goes and the more damage it does.

Minigun
Very inaccurate and not very useful in most situations. The most common use for this gun is to move along the map faster than you usually would.

Sudden Death
1 more point for either team to win.

Jacks_Depression
Aggressive player who gets all up in your face because he is not worried about getting killed.


Sudden Death + (Jacks_Depression^(Knife + Minigun) + Effort) + ctf_b2b = All effort no reward

1. you mean you uploaded a totally uncompressed video? *smack*They have a great avi komprezor the LEAST you could do would have been to just make a .wmv, as long as wmm doesn't crash, it has good compression.

2. That is exactly the point, i really don't care, it was some 17 second, boring, retarded attempt at doing something cool that happens to be a total eyesore. Besides, if you were not retarded, you wouldn't chase someone with a minigun and a knife.

I don't expect everyone here to be able to open a *.divx. I can't find a wait to run it though their compressor and end up with an *.avi.

Ya, I should of totally stopped my the armory while I was trying to catch up to him. The only combo that could of stopped him from winning the game was mini + socom. I didn't want to sit in spawn trying to pick the right weapon though.

Yeah, I always go for M79 + Knife for times when I have to speed across the map to save the flag from being scored. Minisurfing is bad because it stops your team from pursuing (binking them to hell in the process), and I find it leaves you in a poor position to deal with incoming threats. The long reload and weak power make it useless, too, so you're basically stuck with your secondary with you arrive at the destination.

Anyway, that video would have been nice if the knife did kill. Unfortunately, it didn't. Nice attempt though.

You could have hit him with that knife. When you got to the end of Alpha's bridge, you jetted up to gain height, which was a big mistake. You could have gotten two quick jumps on the first couple of polygons after the bridge, which would have given you more than enough speed to catch up with him before he capped. You could even have backflipped on the second jump, which is risky, but if successful would have easily let you overtake him and knife him in the face.

I'm sorry, but you failed, plain and simple. I'd blame myself if I did what you did.

I have been put to a dead stop on that bridge due to polly bugs before. My best bet was to stay off it.

m79 and spas would of speed me up some but nothing the best way to move though b2b is to stay off the ground. the minigun is the only one known for keeping you in the air.

You were already ON the bridge. I'm talking about jumping from the bridge to the polygon after the bridge, there's no chance of the bridge messing that up if you do it right.
