Only thing I could imagine you've done wrong is that you didn't extract all the files before starting up. Try doing that, carefully now, and see if it works.

Try changing the Dir entry in the Preferences section in polyworks.ini to your Soldat directory.

1. Open polyworks.ini in the polyworks directory.
2. Find the line Dir.
3. Write the path to the directory where you have Soldat installed after the = symbol.

Where is that? I don't see it in the tabs or on top.

I googled the exact filenames that were missing and got copies of them. That helped me a lot.

The print screen button doesn't actually print a screen, why should your printer matter?

When you press Print Screen a snapshot of the monitor's current output is saved to your clipboard. Open up Paint or some other image editing program and paste it (Control-V). ;)

I had the same problem as Death Machine, when I click on Soldat Polyworks.exe a small screen pops up saying

Component 'MBMouse.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I then did what was suggested by Anna and changed the directory in polyworks.ini to where I had Soldat installed, yet the problem persists. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what could be wrong?
