Trying out VTT's scenery. A simple infiltration layout, the waypoints work alright.

Sweeeeeet. You're my favourite mapper at the moment (apart from me of course) Keep up the good work. Very much reminds me of Far Cry ;)
BTW Where is this new VTT scenery coming from  ??? If it's in a pack can someone post a d/l link?

good things= nice scenery, nothing else, zero, nichts, nein, empty, 0.

I tried it on the motw with other crew and it totally sucked.
it has some unneeded texture overstretching, unfitting texture for rocks anyway, awfully lot of fronting sceneries = total camping, it has only 1 route, the background colour is too light (cant see bullets), too much jet, alot of spawnkilling, spraying.

this map is a total failure!

oh come on vig you're being harsh and rude. it's still a great map, most maps are pieces of art these days, take them as that. the motw award will only go to playable maps though.

No, vig is right as usual. At least I still want to believe mappers try to make their maps for, you know, actually playing the game. I don't know.

Though I think this could work with some tweaks; move the blue spawns more to the left in an area beyond the bridge, lower the black flag, and add a tunnel from behind the boulder on the hill to the area under the bridge. Also cut down on the scenery and polygon-splitting.

decreasing the jet would be most important, you can fly from the blue flag back to the red one in one single jump.

I'll work on an update now with the changes everyone has suggested.

This map was really just to try out the new scenery from VTT's scenery pack, I hoped the simple layout would be a 'safe' one, I guess I was wrong!

Expect an update very soon.

great changes indeed, i hope you have not only made front / back scenery difference clearer, but also decreased the number of front/middle scenerys.
i especially appreciate the thing mentioned in the very left lower fixscreen, with the new rock over the cliff.
my english somehow seems to suck today...
