I say "Stuff" and "Things" quite a lot, usually when I'm talking to someone and I want to finish the sentence but can't remember a word, I just put those in there.

When I'm writing papers, it's imperative that I use "however" at least fifty times. =/

And of course, anything that sounds funny if a white guy says it:
"Soldat is the hizzle"
"Best recognize"
"I capped that n00b"
"That demo was pretty tight"

What's crackin' / What's poppin'

I also like slapping an "izzle" or a "slice" onto the ends of names.  "Word up, Mattslice!"  "I was playing Soldizzle..." (no joke, I actually do that sometimes)

I'm sure there are more interesting things that I say.  I'll post them when I remember them.

Loll is an actual word that sounds like "lawl". So I randomly say it sometimes.

K-whatever. Y'know, like "K-yes!"

Also, I say things like "Oh crap, it's a cacodemon" out loud while playing DoomRL.

I barely say Lawl, but I say it when someone says something unfunny, so I go lawl's and they go "LOL".....
