Fix in main page

The link to the Portugues-Brasileiro in main page was changed. The www.soldat.com.br is the largest brazilian portal with more than 3000 members and 500 active members. The site that is in the main page is forums.soldat.pl.br which has 600 members and 50 active members.

We would like to know why was changed, and www.soldat.com.br become again the main link in the main page.
