Don't try and record with fraps unless you have a good computer. (i.e...lots of RAM and a nice video card). I tried on my 512mb RAM/128mb ATI Laptop, and its so jumpy.

Try camstudio (www.camstudio.org) it is lag free (at least on my crappy comp it is.) And you can save the files as a SWF for easier (and smaller) use on the internet in forums like this one. You can also pick a part of the screen you want to record so you can use it for more then just soldat, you can use it say, for a modding tutorial etc. Option to record from microphone or speakers or dont record at all.
