Chainsaw camping FTW!

I was fooling around in my HTF server, map was something which name I can not remember right now.

It was the one where Alpha spawns above the Bravo, and the flag is in right. There is that house in the very top of the map, left.

I had the flag, I was caming in the house, switched to Chainsaw and there they are, 4 enemies rush at me in nice row, Multi Kill within 2 seconds with Chainsaw.

Their reaction was priceless.

Hahaha Reminds me when I were noob, but it was against the bots.. I were playing infiltration on a map where there is a little hill in front of the Alpha team spawn base. Bravo teams Boogie man ran behind that hill, same time me rushing with 5 teammate bots from other side of the same hill... You can guess what happent after it But what do you mean by wroting 'camping' to topic title? You  stopt in front of them?

I was in that house, they did not even know I was there. I saw them coming, switched to chainsaw and let the saw do the rest.

Haha, yeah. Sure I could have jumped and tossed few nades and shot the survivals, but that would have been so boring, so original.

I've never used chainsaw really. About a week ago I set it as my secondary and since then i've been using it. I found chainsaw more fun than just throwing nades and shooting at people. :d

Well Chainsaw is always fun .  I have a story kinda like that except it is with a knife instead........

It is fun, just not when you have box campers with it. If nades and m79 are off (i'm looking at you snipe and slice) then the only way to take him out is to dive into the box. Unfortunately all he has to do Is stand up and angle it upward to stick you like a pig.

Chainsaw is amazing. Whenever I am using a weapon that has a long reload, and I dont have enough time to reload it and kill him with it before he kills me, I whip out my chainsaw and test my luck by rushing up to him as fast as I can with chainsaw. It works less than half the time, but when it does... its so satisfying!

I also use it in tight hallways like in CTF_Lanubya and CTF_Equinox

I only use the chainsaw on !Elite Slice and Dice....
Other then that i restrict to the socom.
As much as a novelty and as fun as the chainsaw is, it's really only extremely useful in certain situations. Usually it's the most deadly in R/S seeing how you can always charge a forward-facing group of enemies from behind without them noticing till the chainsaw is halfway through some body part that doesn't belong outside the body...

I like doing on bravo in Kampf in front of the flag room, very hard to jump over sometimes...

Well, you dont exactly "jump" over that part so much as "fall" onto it but I get your meaning. Still does the job.

For about a year, saw was my MAIN weap.  Some vets might remember (and fear!) the gunless grrl that was Dizzy, back in the day.  I got so sick of making top score over and over again, capping flag after flag after flag, I finally had to just quit Soldat for about a year.

Now... im not trying to say that i'm really ALL THAT, you playa hatahs.  But I've had a saw multi x2 (was a public 16man Japanese server, full of mayhem and confusion, and I just saw the opportunity to crawl through the ever-mounting corpses and saw my way into history  

I'm just here to say that... yeah... saw... man, if u know how to use it, it ****ing chops.  Bust it out against people with long reload time (barrets n M79s), and move fast fast fast along tunnels where they can't escape it... hit duck at the right time, and those n00bs be eatin some SAW, baby!

I don't use it hardly anymore... learning autos and R/S... but I just wanted to give some encouragement to any newish saw afficianados... you're not imagining it, kids... saw can rule the day.  It's a weapon worth learning and understanding and respecting.
