How do we change bullet style

How can we change the damage of an weapon or the health of a soldier. I want to change the weapon for the paintball mod to one shot one kill

In your Soldat folder there's a file called weapons.ini, which contains all the weapon information, such as damage, rate of fire, bink etc.

I try changing the bullet style for the spas to normal bullet, but it doesn't shoot anything. Help

SPAS can only shoot shotgun pellets. People have tried. Sorry.
